You probably ask yourself why Aztecas are present in GTA 5, but don't have any territory.
Well, i don't know neither. But i made a mod that adds Aztecas as a real gang and now they have their own scenario. Located in North Rancho.

Put popgroups.ymt in mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5

Nothing.

Awesome its just that i wish its compatible with other mods
Better gang activity 1.4 maybe you can try doing some of its content like add female ballas and female balla members to actually spawn and that balla boss in director mode btw the oc balla boss is actually a family og rockstar messed up please do a mod like this or prob make it compatible
