Nostalgic Reshade Preset for GTAV Legacy

Intentionally low quality yet fairly fun to look at
you can find Reshade at https://reshade.me
All you do is unzip the downloaded file then copy the Nostalgia.ini file and paste it into your GTAV main directory.
It would look something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V" in your file explorer
Further instructions can be found in the Instructional Read Me provided

nice work! when going for a retro look i use 4:3 aspect ratio and include crt scanline effect.
