Reuploaded cause it got rejected since i didn't put in game screenshots and the link to the mod i recommended.
i know the livery isn't perfect but it's something, at least the NYSP finally got a crusier besides their Outdated 1980s Esperantos and Rancher XLs........

MAKE SURE YOU USE THE MAPPED MODEL FOR THE CAR ON THE 1996 STANIER MOD, IT'S ON BONUS STUFF AND MAPPED MODEL!!!!!
Download Instructions (addon/replace): Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/lspd1996 (or lspd1996replace if your replacing) /dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf, After you did that, Open 96pol.ytd and 96pol+hi.ytd
how to install the livery: extract the 1996NYSPStanier archive, Make sure edit mode is on, after that Open the YTD and hi+.YTD, You can either Drag and Drop or Import, To Drag and drop it inside, Open both YTDs, Grab the Liveries in the Liveries Folder and drop it in the YTD and Hi+ytd, to Import, open the YTDs and click the Plus sign on the top left, select all 7 liveries included and click Open, Hit save and you can close it, Enjoy your livery:D
MAKE SURE YOU USE THE MAPPED MODEL AND RENAME IT "96pol" AND REPLACE THE EXISITING ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THE BUILT IN POLICE MODEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OPTIONALS: If you want the North Yankton License Plates, Then go to lspd1996/dlc.rpf/common/data. Now open the carvariations.meta by right clicking it and click Edit, on the 96pol section, scroll down until you see " and " and under that you will see "police guv plate" Rename it to "yankton plate" in lowercase, Save and now you can have fun:D
BTW this Mod has 7 different liveries and unit numbers (Unit 18 is a K-9 Unit)
