Really perfect BUT yes too much blood with shitguns and i saw sometimes on NPCs some blue parts (arms/head/legs...) like a little bug. It would be more realistic with less blood with shotguns. Oh and yes one of the blood pools is black, is it possible to retexture that and add some red ? Its not really realistic. I really love your work !
