@ProGammer1111 Same...it kept me from using the car much, then I realized you can make it go away by installing the wiper mod (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/car-wipers) and then just don't use the wipers (default is F11 to deactivate on that mod). It puts that one wiper in the middle of the windshield down.
