Hello GTA V modding community, here is my modified safehouse for franklin at 3671 Whispymound Drive. Composed of 500+ props and 200+ peds,
feel free to check out my bachelor pad modification full of lively decorations, funny side shows to discover, iconic NPCs and party full of lively crowd to join our bachelor franklin.
Version 2.0:
> added a helipad with a frogger helicopter parked in it. Feel free to remove the helicopter just in case you want the helipad to have a free space for your own.
> The helipad is just above frankllin's garage which can be accessed via a lore friendly spiral staircase. see image number 9.
Version 1.1:
>replaced peds playing ping pong with peds playing beer pong
>removed wall lighting fixtures to avoid frame rate drops during night time
>fixed floating and misaligned props
>moved some peds blocking the way in some area
>added bananas for the monkeys =P
REQUIREMENTS:
1) ScripthookV by Alexander Blade:
2) Scripthook V.NET by Crosire
3) Map Editor by Guadmaz
INSTALLATION:
Option 1: Copy the "pad.xml" file to your game folder and load it using map editor by typing "pad"
Option 2: Autoload the map by copying the "pad.xml" to your AutoloadMaps folder
located at your scripts folder

nice but, when i load it, my textures are bugged as hell, like all other mods like this
my pc powerful and i see lag and dropframe i'm not recommeded this
When I shoot the peds, they used canned animations instead of the dynamic ragdoll animations. I'm guessing its from a ped quantitiy limit. Is there a way to turn off this limit?
what is the best time and weather settings for this mod?

Classic and nostalgic mod.
The cutscene with this mod where Devin Weston went to Franklin's house before the final mission is funny as hell. 😂
