hello guys, (read description)
here is another mod out which is an upgarde (of Mcarnes shop) garage shop at sandyshore, here u can repair vahicles and tow them to this location, If u find my mod good then plz give like and ratings to my mods and dont forget to share my mod video here, thanks in advance.

> Engine testing by computer
> Indoor and Outdoor workshop
> Car unloading ramp from towtruck
> Huge car repairing area
> Warehouse
> Working garage and door
> Open relax area
> ATM for cash
> Petrol pump and much more

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
> go to my download mod and copy 2 files (shop & shop3) and paste it in gtav main directory
> Run gta v open map editor by f7/ load map/ file chooser/ find 2 files (shop & shop3)/ load it and go to the desired location
> I provided another file for only cars & peds if u want, go to gta v directory/ menyoo/ spooner/ and paste it here.
> Run gta v open menyoo by f8/ spooner stuff/ manage saved file/ cars / load placements done u will be teleported.
Run gtav and enjoy
>> Never modify and upload my mod on any other site however u can make video for youtube but give credit and link of my mod in the description
>> Bugs
i found no bugs.
>> U need these for working of this mod
1- your gtav should be v1.41
2- map builder
3- map editor
4- menyoo
