The map has 2 versions. One with in-game components and another with add-on. This is a edited version of map gm_susquehanna . Adding more props and scenery.
Installation:
Install all prerequisite.
Open OIV file and Install the OIV in Mods folder.
Add this line in the dlclist.xml: dlcpacks:\susquehanna\
Uninstall: Delete the folder susquehanna from Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
Location: Refer to original mod location in-game near Paleto Bay

To Xanadu/Southpaw - creator of original map to gmod.
To Mafins for Menyoo

@beans1 Hi, A patch is uploaded V1.1. This may reduce the lag. Try it once if it helps.
@Yogeshk so I just tried it out again and my fps still ranges between 60-30 fps and I have a RTX 2080 super, Ryzen 7 3700x, 32G of RAM. it's a shame because I really love the set up of this map and would've looked forward to using it in my films. but I'll still be around for updates along the way if you continue to make them :)
@Yogeshk I may not have the best PC specs but they're still really good, and this map lags like a bitch.

How to add on fivem server?
@steven12331 apparently mod was originally singleplayer based.
@Yogeshk so the map is not usable on fivem?
@steven12331 I actually never tried streaming it for fivem, so cant say if it will work or not.
