1)Map editor mod
2)script hookv latest version
3)script hookv.net

In Game open Map editor Press F7 then load (mistary mount) Like this
And go to mount chiliad see what's happened
If any problem you face comment and I make you happy by fixing problems
I make out of service area in next Update i will revile out of service area
