Uses Map Editor:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
and MenyooPC
(The main part uses Map Editor! MenyooPC only adds a few characters)
Put "H" file in your main directory under mapeditor folder.
Go to your game open map editor and load the map with "H".
Than go to menyooPC and load the map there with "g".
UPDATE COMES SOON!!!
1.3 will include:
-more people inside
-more detail on the broken wall
-Extra detail everywhere
