This graphics mod enhances the graphics by making GTA 5 look more vibrant with minimal performance hit. There is a version that has reduced bloom if the original one has too much bloom for your preference.
This mod requires ReShad 4.5.4 or newer: https://reshade.me/
Installation:
-Run ReShade and select Grand Theft Auto V from the list of games.
-Select Direct3D 10/11/12 for graphics API and download all the effects.
-Copy CaliforniaSun.ini and CaliforniaSun-ReducedBloom.ini to your root GTA 5 Directory
Using ReShade:
-Once you run GTA 5 after installing ReShade, open the ReShade menu "home key is default"
-On the "Home" tab, select the dropdown menu and select CaliforniaSun.ini or CaliforniaSun-ReducedBloom.ini depending on the effect you want
-Press Home or Escape to return to game once the effect is selected
