DESCRIPTION
This mod makes police lights effects, flash patterns and enviromental lightings like Need For Speed.
Because of simple lights flash patterns and big coronas, this mod is not for LSPDFR, it's just for pursuits not as a cop, it just makes police cars more visible.
Features of NFS police lights:
- Bigger coronas,
- Brighter lights,
- Larger enviromental lightings,
- Strictly red/blue flashing patterns (no pink color).
About very bright taxi lights in the video, this mod has a fix for it, i just have extra taxi models mods that's why it doesn't work for me, this will not happen to you.
INSTALLATION
With package installer.

Is there a way to manually Uninstall?
@Austinda4 @Dayashii if you didn't backup your original files and you have installed the mod in "mods" folder you will find them in the original location (not in "mods" folder), so:
1. get original files from:
update/update.rpf/x64/data/carcols.ymt
update/update.rpf/x64/data/carvariations.ymt
update/update.rpf/x64/textures/graphics.ytd
update/update.rpf/common/data/visualsetting.dat
2. install them here:
mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/carcols.ymt
mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/carvariations.ymt
mods/update/update.rpf/x64/textures/graphics.ytd
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/visualsetting.dat
3. remove all files in:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24ng/dlc.rpfx64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Wow, better than I expected!
I installed the updated version after installljng GTA5.5 mod and noticed the police Van for instance lost all lights and some lighting was lost in game
What files does the oiv alter? Great mod love it when Im not breaking it!😅

@V3ry_H1GH police van still has a realistic lights, and i don't know which lights are lost that you are talking about:
open the oiv file as a zip archive and you will find a file named "assembly.xlm", there you will know all files replaced and their locations.

Im using just the carcols file from this since every other file is being used by other mods. Does Carcols make lights reflect off of walls? Im guessing cause it made my game look better. Just blue doesn't reflect as much as the red tho.

@SnakeSlippers i'm not sure but i think all files should be installed, but try anyways (backup your mods folder).
@NFSLover there are a lots of addon cop cars, i can't edit all their sirens. You can for example change siren settings of the car in it's strings in "carvariations.meta". Settings ids used in this mod: 1, 2, 13, 14. (if i remember).
@NFSLover the whole vehicle models should be modified in order to make siren lights bars like NFS Heat.
Mod is Awesome but rotor lights are dim and soft. really looks weird for all Cars that use
Vanilla cars like the sheriff/police strainer and police transporter. other then that its awesome
@YaBoiRandom actually NFS police cars doens't have rotor lights that's why i have made them a lot dimmer because if they are not dim like this it should be a lights reflexion of them and that's will make pink colors.
Thanks @Mehdi Zoubai. Definitely the best siren mod out there, but it's a shame that the rotating sirens don't emit light. The mod may be called NFS but the vehicles are from GTA.
It would be nice to know what parameters are the ones to increase to bring the rotating sirens back to intensity.
