Any chance to make a dispach.meta that only enables the Noose/PIA after 4 and 5 stars?
first, there appear to be two files missing that you mentioned.
pedpersonality.ymt and loadouts.meta
I don't know how much that changes things but the way it was when I tried was not good.
keystone cops driving in circles and crashing into each other and I know that's kind of "normal" in GTA, but this was really bad.
NOT putting it down, just thing something is missing from the download.

@smidge7273 Most likely not. This mod is about federal law enforcement agencies replacing local law enforcement (namely SEP replacing LSPD and PIA replacing LSSD) when you gain a wanted level (doesn't matter if you have 1 or 5 stars). In "Wanted System Enhancement: Revamped" NOOSE starts chasing you at 4 stars (TRU not SEP/PIA).
pls, i want to restore all the files i changed with this, how i can do that? my police don´t appear because i deleate the wsefed folder, i want to have the normal game back.
@Scylex Deleting the wsefed folder isn't enough. You have to replace all the files this mod changed with your backups as well: popcycle.dat, popgroups.ymt, loadouts.meta, pedpersonality.ymt, and dispatch.meta.
