Very, very important! These files replace more than the .ytd files, which is normally how I create paint.
These are replacements for GTAV native livery files for the strikeforce with Argentina, Belgium, Brazil (2), Bulgaria, Canada (2), Chile, Columbia, Croatia, Cuba, Czech, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia (2), Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, North Korea, Norway (2), Pakistan, Peru, PLAAF, Poland, RAAF, RAF, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sudan, Sweden (2), Taiwan (2), Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, USAF (2), USSR/Russia, and Vietnam.
There are .ytd files for the decals for each livery. Replace the strikeforce.ytd and strikeforce+hi.ytd files here:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpbattle\dlc1.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpbattle.rpf\strikeforce+hi.ytd and strikeforce.ytd
The strikeforce liveries are here:

To select the national roundels you'd like, edit strikeforce_hi.ytd, then rename strike_decals to something like strike_decals_orig, then rename the decals you'd like to use, for example strike_decalsUSAF to strike_decals.
In addition to the specific named decals, I've included several 2 circle, 3 circle and star verions in gray you could use with one of the gray liveries to replicate a low-viz analogue for most nations.
Toggle "Edit mode", top right button, then
extract the livery you'd like to replace (I chose strikeforce_livery8.yft, but you can replace any of the strikeforce_livery2-12.yft, you can also replace more than one of the RockStar liveries with these, the decals in the ytd files will be applied to all liveries and paint choices.)
Then right click the file to replace, select replace, then select the livery you'd like with one of the provided .yft files.
Then spawn the strikeforce with your trainer of choice and select one of Benny's custom liveries or use the the paint options until you get something you like.
I've included my work files in case you'd like to use them as a starting point for your own work.
