To install livery, launch OpenIV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpack\ns15vertex\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\s15tex.ytd and replace "f620_sign_2" for Livery and "windowdecal" for Window Decal (make sure to enable Edit Mode)
