Official Florida License Plates v1.0

This mod adds realistic and accurate Florida License Plates to your Grand Theft Auto V game and FiveM if needed. All of the License Plates in this pack were created from multiple hours of research and made from near-scratch on my own time. Heavily inspired by and originally used on a Florida themed RP server I developed for via FiveM but I decided to release it publicly for further enjoyment and use for everyone!
All License Plates are High Resolution with Normal Maps and are as follows:
• North Carolina plate with accurate registration.
(Requested by a few friends of mine to replace North Yankton's plate/Out of State plate, you know who you are!)
• Main and mostly known White & Green
Florida plate with accurate registration.
• A traditional yellow Sheriff Florida plate currently in use by actual Sheriff.
• A Florida Highway Patrol plate currently in use by actual FHP.
• An 'Endless Summer' Orange & Black Florida plate offered by
Florida DMV with accurate registration.
• An old school 'Antique' Florida plate for all the old-school car collectors
with accurate registration.
Also provided is a custom-made Carcols.ymt for 100% accurate text color for these license plates. (This is HIGHLY recommended to use! It won't look good without it!) This same file will also add better environmental emergency lighting for all my Police lovers!
You will need OpenIV to install this mod!
Installation directions are included in the Mod archive!

Is this addable to a entire GTA Fivem server? I am having troubles installing this and to my knowledge the steps seem to be for single player not Fivem servers. Can anyone help me on installing this? I have a Florida based RP server and it would be dope if I could add these plates to add more immersion!
