- Use OpenIV to navigate to:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
- Enable edit mode and search for ‘police2’
- Replace police2.ytd with the new version
Blaine County Division:
- Use OpenIV to navigate to:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
- Enable edit mode and search for ‘sheriff’
- Replace sheriff.ytd with the new version
Highway Patrol Division:
This texture is not installed in any of the other files. If you want this texture set, replace the texture slots with the HP’s in either ‘Police2’ or ‘Sheriff’.

Brilliant...
We have everything but Black & White textures, instead we have San Andreas PD stamped on a cruiser from a different city. It just doesn't look right in the game.
I'm not sure what you mean. There are plenty of black and white textures, check out www.lcpdfr.com for pure emergency service stuff. It's not San Andreas PD, actually it's Los Santos and Blaine County.
