This mod adds some more default options to EUP

Here are some item added:
- Gloves to all patrol officers
- Hats to all patrol officers
- added two new LSSD and LSPD patrol options (Tactical and Shorts)
- added two new LSSD and LSPD undercover civlian clothed officers.
