this head model is base originally on vanilla head model, and I just remodeled it.
And for the skin textures, you can directly download them from Adorest: New Face for Franklin V1.
credits to: Adorest for the skin texture
installation path: using OpenIV, dont forget to Enable Edit mode.
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_one
paste the file inside the player_one folder, and Done!

this could have been an amazing mod
unfortunately the teeth are too forward during the cutscenes, it makes rabbit teeth
without this problem it would have probably been one of the very best mods for Franklin
