. Download the model

. Put the files in the zip in here

"mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>DLC.rpf>peds.rpf>"

. add it on the list in addonpeds (remember this is a streamed ped)

. Ingame press L if you have the selector or Open Menyoo (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp) go to "player options>change models>favorites>addmodel" write in the name of the model
