There aren't enough blood and gore mods available on the internet to match up to the Mortal Kombat XL fatalities. Nice mod, though!

@Nelison @ElectroNuke @Mateus Guimaraes Thanks. I use 3ds max with gims evo script and its not stable yet that's why i can't add blood effect and getting wet and such but if it works 100% i will add them in the next update
