Navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\x64\eup\eup_componentpeds_p.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_p (for female) or
Navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\x64\eup\eup_componentpeds_p.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_p (for male) inside OpenIV

Open p_head_diff_010_g.ytd and replace the image with the one inside the zip
Play and Enjoy!!
Done!!!
