Prologue Masks Stay On 1.0

I always thought it was pretty nonsensical for Trevor and Brad to rip their masks off before actually getting out of dodge. I also thought it made no sense for michael to not immediately put his mask back on after having it thrown off. So I made this.
Trevor and Brad will now only pull off their goggles as opposed to their masks.
Replaces each character's prologue hair and the prologue char select icons.
To install, use openiv and follow the folder prompts.

Michael is now stuck with a purple balaclava at all times. i have to go into menyoo and pick a different option under "masks" to get rid of it. Need to find the backup replacements to uninstall the mod. Leaving this message to let you know about the bug
