Bustersword does not work with or without Echanced Native Trainer. I have done everything I can possible do. The mod is simply defective.

Pyramid Head? looks like a juggernaut w/the Cloud's bastard sword
You'd be better off calling this something of your own creation. As calling it Pyramid Head is misleading, because most Silent Hill fans are hardcore about aesthetics. Like Pyramids being Pyramids.
