Requirements:
1- Use this mod to use addonpeds mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
the previous mod requires: Scripthook - ScripthookVDotNet - NativeUI (please check you have them too).
2- Open IV: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
Installation :
1- run "Open IV.exe" and open mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc.rpf/peds.rpf and drop the 4 files in it.
2- run "AddonPeds Editor.exe" as administrator click on "Peds" then "New Ped" and file info:
Model Name : Syrian_Engineer
Ped Type : Male
is Streamed : false
then click "add Peds" and Click on Rebuild.
3- Open the game and press "L" to open peds menu choose the skin and you are ready to go.
