This mod allows you to play as an internet technician installing Antennas in different locations.
Requirements:

Scripts: Place the files in the scripts folder into your scripts folder in your GTAV Directory
Vehicle: Place the Replace files into Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\boxville.yft AND Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\boxville.yft
Vehicles.meta: right click vehicles.meta file in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 and click Edit and search for boxville and copy and place the text from the vehicles.meta file included in this mod.
How to Use script:
When you load the game press NumPad1 and follow the instructions given to you in the game.

Quick suggestion
With the xml edit, I suggest you edit the xml then put it in the mod folder so it can be replaced by the user, as im really confused trying to figure out how to edit it.
If you don't know how, edit and save the xml file, then export it to your computer somewhere using OpenIV (Right Click -> Extract -> Select Folder), then you can include this xml file.
Just a suggestion
