This is a LSPDFR plugin that acts as a plate reader (and notification) system for the Remembrance system. This ALPR checks against the local database for Registration, Insurance, Stolen/Suspended/Revoked Status, Warrants, and Incarcerated vehicle flags.

How to install:
Files go into the GTA/Plugins/LSPDR folder.
Need lspdfr mod: lcpdfr.com


Hits will turn the license plate color in the ALPR system a color below. Notifications and temporary car blips are also added for ALPR hits.

GREEN: Clean vehicles (no hits)

YELLOW: Registration and insurance issues

ORANGE: Suspended or revoked licenses

RED: Warrants and stolen vehicles

PURPLE: Incarcerated owners
