Is it possible to fix the issue of not being able to purchase buildings when using a custom-created character?For example, characters created using the lspdfr mod.

This mod is making certain animation mods make you fall through the ground when using this mod :(. Otherwise very nice mod!

I tested this mod, and it worked, but not much more than that.

The mod author has put a lot of time into it and is clearly knowledgeable, thank you for making this mod!

Unfortunately, there are a lot of bugs and errors, making the mod unplayable.

A few examples are that the garages that simple trainer added are suddenly no longer available, the nightclub garages and storage space give an error that causes you to get stuck in the room and have to commit suicide to get out, and the promote club missions work very poorly. In short, the nightclubs are not useful as you cannot sell anything.

CEO warehouses let you do missions to replenish stock, but it is not registered in the game, so you do the mission for nothing.

The mod author says that in the last update mansion added master control, but this does not work, or there is not enough explanation on how to use it.

I can go on and on about the many bugs, the conclusion is that this mod has a lot of potential at the moment but nothing more than that.

I would have liked to make a donation, I regularly do that for mods, but I don't do that for unfinished things like this, this is not a criticism of the mod author, it's great what he makes and I couldn't do it better.

This is just a note to other downloaders who are expecting a fully finished mod and don't want to waste their time, this one isn't working at the moment, hopefully an update will come.

According to the author, the latest version is on Discord, but unfortunately it is the same.

@Bettrobi00 In regards to your comment, garages that are from simple trainer are disabled for a reason, they cause too many conflicts to actually be of use when the mod is active, the bug of crates not registering for CEO warehouses is known however i have been too busy to fix it. (University Studies, as well I do modding as a hobby) The MCT does work in GTAO Mansions, you need either this or the MC Business mod, (with purchased businesses for it to work), In regards to the bugs, this mod is over 7 years old, the missions your talking about were made in 2022, and i dont regularly work or play with this mod anymore, unfortunatly updates are bound to break things in the mod, as well due to the amount of work and reworking this mod has had, unfortunatly things may not work the same as to when they were first made. If there is anything i need to fix you can report it in my discord under bug reports and I will take a look when i can.

@HKH191 Hello, there is a few issues on your part. Sometimes when you enter and exit the bunker it still thinks I am in the bunker on the outside, having me to rejoin. Also, I do not own a nightclub business but I keep getting notifications that my safe is full. Please give me an update on these issues

crashing during load

dont use this it will make you crash during the load and i did not know until now and i deleted my entire mods folder . 🥹

@HKH191 I'm trying to use the Executive Business plan. I can buy it and enter the buildings, but when I get the mission to steal a car, as soon as I steal it, it asks me to paint it. I paint it, but the objective doesn't advance; it keeps asking me to paint it.

@HKH191 And when I enter the nightclub, I can't go to the garage by pressing E; I have to press Q and go to the storage area, then I can access the garage. However, the cars don't appear when I do this, only when I leave the nightclub and enter through the garage door.

@2wavymar you likely had a incompatible mod if your crashing on load, not my fault sorry

@KillerOfGodS what car did you have, try painting it via a trainer, sometimes you need to do it via trainer for both primary and secondary colors, as LS Customs for some cars doesnt have secondary paint option

@HKH191 bro i got a question. is the mod that's on your discord channel (1.6) more updated than this one? im asking because it also (1.6) on the page. For example, does the Discord server solve this problem? Special cargo missions for my executive office. I deliver the boxes to my warehouse and receive the "Mission Accomplished" message, but the number of boxes in my warehouse remains the same. The numbers don't update at all.

@HKH191 I'm using the latest ScriptHookV DotNet, but every time the game loads, when I press F4 to see the mods loading, I get the message that HKModHelperNew+ is another mod that was not instantiated by ScriptHookVDotNet.

@HKH191 In addition to this, I'm experiencing some bugs, such as stolen deliveries to the Warehouse. When I arrive at the Warehouse with the truck, it doesn't show as received, and I can't deliver them. I'm stuck in front of the place, but the delivery doesn't complete. And at the biker shop, I can't leave with the car or motorcycle that's in the garage. Whenever I get in the car and press E to leave, it drives off, forcing me to press W twice.
