This tool was built for the sole purpose of giving the user a user friendly method of modifying any vehicle's handling variables.
Tool suggested / requested by ZZCOOL.
Changelog:
- ALTERED: Minor alterations to how a backup is made
- ADDED: Tooltips to the vast majority of controls (including all variable fields)
- ADDED: Descriptions to each category
- ADDED: "Multi-Apply" buttons; allows you to apply a variable change to multiple vehicles at once
- ADDED: 'Hex Editor' option for 'strModelFlags' (somewhat untested)
- Re-organised all variables into more suiting categories

always locks up if i try to save, or if i change vehicles too many times. i really prefer this editor :/ plz fix it so it works!

@cdai 22 shotz I can make the wheel/tire size larger and smaller, but I can not figure out how to make the texture grow with the changes. The texture stays the same but the vehicle sits higher and reacts to the larger wheel but it looks like its floating. :/

strModelFlags is the most important thing, beacuse it's complicated (HEX), and it's "somewhat untested". This is unfair!

First of all, I must apologise for the lack of updates.
I've been busy with real life, my primary project and GTA V (mostly the latter if I'm honest, I'm hooked!). As such, I cannot realistically continue maintaining this project.
Due to this, I'm looking for someone to take over development.
