@anon23623 This one uses only the vanilla clothing, while frd's mod uses improved and new clothing, this one is good for people who want to keep the ped original but fixed.

@Matushka Well, there's a mod called "IV Arrest" which does that, any ped that attacks you near a cop will get arrested and put into a squad car.
Only thing, it's hasn't been updated for a bit, so don't expect it to work properly.
I would love for someone to update though.
And to answer your question, no there's no unused anims for that, just the normal surrender and cuffed anims that have been used before.
