You don't need to see anything on screen that the health regenerates, the health
regenerates in the background if you haven't lost health.
@bloodykills Vanilla means the original game. The unmodded game's health is 200 and the health regenerates up to 50% health.
You can just set the original health regen to 0 and use the script's or turn all regen off completely.
