- Spawn one of the main characters in the meat factory shop(it's a mission, where franklin had to save Michael from the chinese guys or something).
- Once one of the main or custom character comes out, (This is where a mod comes into place:) the whole Los Santos is under a Black Out Zone.
- Pedestrians will turn into zombies, if you attempt to go in their zone.

- Have a Mod Menu, that lets player unlock Beginner guns(Rank 1-5) -> Intermediate Guns(Rank 5- 20), advanced(Rank 20-30).
- Difficulty starts by:
Easy(Rounds: 1 to 10).
Medium(Rounds: 10 to 30).
Hard(Rounds: 30 to 60).
Insane(Rounds: 60 to 120, or 200 just to make it a bit challenging for the players or whatnot).

@BeanGamer Who cares if Rockstar allows private server, there is already a dedicated server http://fivem.kthx.at/ so enjoy mod online without rockstargames.
Here are my suggestions:
1. Add a Rare fish that will teleport to you a location/map faster.
2. Instead of using the Fishing pole, the player can just jump down there and grab the fish with their hands.
(I wish I can give more, but I that's all I had in mind).
Man, why be people be hating on this shit, it's SIMPLE people: Don't come to the page if you're only disliking shit that you don't like, there is an OBVIOUS SIMPLE solution to this: Ignore, that's all there is. I don't know why people just don't ignore and comment bs about these mods.
