@nmodds I highly recommend playing psi-ops if you get the chance. The PC version is a free download now, as the game originally released from Midway for the PS2 in 2003. But it was way ahead of its time. In the game features Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, Mind Control, Remote Viewing, Astral Viewing and Mind Drain (electrokinesis that refills your psy energy and explodes ped's head). It's basically exactly like your mod haha. The game also uses PhysX engine and was well scripted and looks impressively good even by todays standards.

Also -- is there any way I can turn off the blue "bubble" around objects during telekinesis, or replace it with the heat haze effect or another particle effect?
Psi-ops the mindgate conspiracy is another good one where I think they had the perfect TK controls
@nmodds If you've ever played with the the "Tel-Fo" mod on GTA IV, the telekinesis controls I was describing would be exactly like that. It was on that Tel-Fo mod that a mastery of telekinesis was achieved imo
