I got it working, delete your mods folder, then create another mods folder again, copy all your update folder to the new mods folder, this should take around 10 minutes, but mines up and Running again now

The Dinput8.DLL is causing me to get the " Unexpected Exiting" Error, when i click play story mode it just crashes with the error, any help??

still no good, still get the same error. Does this need to use Open IV?
