@benzinoo in the game settings under the graphics menu, there should be a "motion blur strength slider" turn it all the way down, and you should be good.
@E36DK421 There definitely is :) Launch OPEN IV, and go to Mods - update- update.rpf - common - data, and extract Visualsettings.dat on desktop, open with Notesblok, or note++, and locate this section below, after you're done adjust the numbers, simply save the dat file, and import the Visualsettings.dat in to Open IV again.
