In fact the description is not really true, the last vehicle you used does not always disappear by magic.
If you park a car, in a mission, then finish the mission at the other side of the map you still can go back to the car if you remember the position (you have marker on the map you can use : "important place" TAB key for me I think, don't know the name in English).

This mod allows you to save cars wherever you want, and also keeps the last 3 cars you entered from magically disappearing.
And if you check the LUA file it's written :

So each time you press the key it will save the current vehicle and the position. so if you move then reload it won't just magically drop the vehicle next to your char...
Just read the file :

-- the vehicle will be saved AT THE POSITION IT WAS WHEN YOU PRESSED THE KEY. The map marker of the vehicle will change

Like a lot before, an option to allow you to save specific car could be great, but I guess it is not so easy to do that...
At the time of GTA SA there was a training (Virus trainer if I remember well) that allows player to change the car in the garage, so each time you opened the garage you spawn the same vehicle (like the special vehicles in GTA V). It could be really great to be able to save any vehicles in the garage like if it was a special one you can respawn. :-)
It would be great if you could change the model to some stripers... :-D
the replacement time is also stupid for standard police cars, you destroy a car, there is already an other spawning, and so on... but it's a game so... "infinite vehicle mode on" :-)
Do you change the way the wanted level increase (if it's possible) ?
Going to 2 stars just because you flee an arrest is a bit hard... I don't think in real life all cops from 10 miles around will come to you just because you are fleeing an arrest after a robbery...
I guess it's depending of the initial crime. But unless you attack the police I guess the wanted level should remain to 1.
For the 2 stars : already shooting to kill ? 2 start out of 5 ??? o_O
Some other examples : bumping a police car, yeah because it's AWAYS what the player wanted... -_-
Or even "Trespassing, or driving into, Richards Majestic Productions studio, if playing as Franklin or Trevor"... 2 stars, to go to a movie studio ? Really ?
I don't know where Rockstar get their information but it's really strange...
An other thing, is it possible to change the way the police is searching for the player ? for exemple, if you are spotted by a copter, you destroy it, the car should come to the last position but sometime the police have 6 senses (like in the previous GTA, the police always knew where you were) and continue to find you even if you are not in FOV.

And how foreign keyboard will be able ot use this one ?
On AZERTY Z is used to walk forward.
I will try this one as soon as I can but I guess it will popup the menu each time you want to move unless you change the layout to EN in Windows... And remap all the keys... :'(
