@childshooter Are you using the gameconfig 2612 from this download folder in "older versions?" It worked for a few others but it could be game or user specific based on mods or something else. All I know is I have a ton of mods, add on car packs, EUP packs/skins and this worked.
@Fr3344501 Is your Heap adjuster and Pack File limit updated as well? Both have received updates. I am literally playing as I type this to you, and I couldn't get past the loading screen until I did the above. Are you also using the 2612 gameconfig from this download folder?
I changed the heap adjuster settings to 10000 and changed the pack file limit to 11060. I then downloaded the gameconfig from 2612 in this file pack and everything works as it should. I didn't have to remove any of my mods and everything loads in and plays seemlessly so far without issue. Give it a try until the 2699 gameconfig is fixed or updated.

Please fix your gameconfig. The game is unplayable.
Does not work for me. Stuck on infinite loading screen.
