How is it a game bug when the feature isn't implemented in game?

You should make the distance of locking/unlocking vehicles much lower. Right now when parking car near other car, locking the car unlocks the other car and vice versa.

Well it works fine and I'd like to use it, but when my game normally runs smoothly - after installing these .dlls, game starts to stutter. It runs fine, but every now and then it freezes like split second, looks like it's reading the dlls or whatever, already tried disabling AV, if that's the reason, but no. Also HDD isn't defragmented so there's no cause. I also have other mods which work fine, shame because this is definately the one I'd like to use.

10.000 ? That's too much, feels like cheating money, also it effectively ruins player's need/want to buy towing inpound.
