bruh Increasing ped accuracy in the game where bots have no delay before firing and where in the same millisecond of your detection 3 cops can shoot at you at the same time and 99% hit you (so you already had to sit in cover if you want to kill more than 10 of them without tweaking your max HP in trainer) is peak GTAV modding

Well, completely disabling player flying out of the windshield sounds dull. Maybe it would be better to make it as non-lethal for the player as it was in gta IV? And it also would be nice to make a lot of things less lethal, as it was in IV
Oh, and the mechanics from Vehicle Explosion & Damage Control and the jedijosh920 mods wouldn't hurt either
