@Zaire1 This means that the DLC itself hasn't been loaded correctly or not at all.
i presume you placed it in the right folder and added the right line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/HarvinoiiD_Noble_M500_2022_Gen9/</Item>
@Zaire1 What error message is showed up ?
@bmw740il Yes only Enhanced.
@Patryxzz be sure you installed it on Enhanced not legacy.
@Patryxzz If it doesn't spawn, how do you know if it works ?
@Edbarcelos This is for Enhanced version of GTAV only Enhanced not legacy.

@Pytzek Thanks for pointing that out. in fact, I built the DLC from that of the rs7 and I don't have this problem because the game could find this precise file inside the other DLC that was also installed. (...) HotFix in a few minutes.
