Havent been able to get this mod to work. I followed the instructions but it just says spawned BFG 9000. I use simple trainer. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Model looks really good. Unfortunately with these tops of replacement mods, I can never get them to work.
Am I supposed to delete the files in player_two then add the files in there? or keep Trevor's files then add them? Also I removed the two head files in mppatchesneg . No matter what I do game doesn't start up.
Some detailed instructions would be very nice.
