@BlGSHMOKE thats already in i have been working on a new version that includes, toggle, cop aggression, disable during mission, and aware of death but not run away npc's.

@EDraven2010 Its similar but an explosion or gun aimed at a ped will sed the ped running away in the mod you linked.
