this is cool and all but the mods you listed won't work.
i tried with current "Map Builder" and "Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3]" but the map is missing object "building_skatepark", which is a prop from "Increased Props [Add-on] 0.6"

i also tried using "Increased Props [Add-on] 0.6" instead of "Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3]" but that one is missing props like misc_plant_flower1 and build_housem1, so in any case you're not getting the full map with just the listed mods. either you used a modified version of one of the increased props mods of your own or you used both and didn't realize.
the problem is that having all three at the same time causes a lot of crashes as of last update. if you can get around that issue, you're golden. also, i suggest you add this in the description to get rid of the construction props

Yeah, some of the props on this list crash the game (tested with a heist4 bush, can't remember the exact name) and Object Spawn Unlocker doesn't work anymore, so it's not worth adding it if many props will be closing the game and going one by one would take an insane amount of time. Better stick with the original proplist.

After recreating your pack I figured how to make addons, so this was really useful. Turns out the .ymt generated with the alt:V option is essential for single player packs
@_Jennie_ thanks, im quite familiar with the limit adjusters and that's not it. at one point the mpclothes addon just crashes if you try to use all slots. im curious how you did it using the alt:v tool since the creator specifically told me that you couldn't create addons with it and was just for replace packs

btw is there a way to create these packs? i know the .ymt is key but i have no idea of how to read that thing. the crashes seem to occur because the pack gets too big, which kinda breaks the point of addons
this is really cool. too many settings for graphic mods but almost none compatible with the timecycle of GTAO
