I did noticed a major different between 4.0.0 & 4.0.1
Both editions are stable and i dont have problems with crushes in chases or single missions.
I used ton of mods (LA REVO , MY MODES , CAR MODES , PED MODES ETC) , for the best compatibility i suggest to install RDE first then the other modes .
In 4.0.1 the dispatch times and spawning cars are more accurate ,if want to play an arcade style and having fun you must choose 4..0.1 because is too easy to beat the 10 stars army even with a single tank
For realism.. you must choose 4.0.0 because is very difficult to survive even in 8 star with helicopters (NON APACHE)

Its a graphic enhancer , the textures look more sharper like MSAA (4X) , also its a fps booster i gain over a 8 frames especially at nights , but the colors in sunny daylight weather is oversaturated and washed with a lot fog in horizon.
I suggest to download this file https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/r-hancer-graphics-mod and you replace only two files in time cycle folder w_clear & w_clearing .Try this https://www.file.io/mGdO/download/D8FBGY71Xg3i

Soon i will upload new mod for download , i Change all textures of cars , badges and peds to real ones..
Good mod but you must add some interiors must such as FIB building floor 49 access through first elevator ,
and FIB building burnt out floors 47 - 53
Finally an RDE without problems , 3 hours in a row I played yesterday without any problems.
