to
X:\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\

@Fresh Nation Copy player_one.ymt file from original path:
X:\GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\
to mods folder with same path, like this:
X:\GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\

@kubusususus Try installing base release and then update 1 in this order, if it won't help check if this 2 archives are properly copied in your mods folder:
GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\
GTA V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\
