Its sad that addon version is not working, I did get it working by converting the replace version to addon by using addon maker mod. So if you really want addon version (like me) that's one of the fixes.
Car is looking good from pictures but sadly Addon version is not working...installed it correctly even double checked it by installing it again but its not spawning...haven't tried the replace one...Is there a solution for addon.

I keep switching between varioius game versions because I do have some mods installed in older versions which I can't get to work in newer versions also I might be using different versions of trainer in different versions of game but no matter which game version I am using newer or older, I always face this issue even in laterst updated version of game.
So, I've been using this trainer for a long time without any problems but recently whenever I aim with any weapon the trainer crashes....any solutions....BTW I am using older version of trailer (I have my reasons) but problem is same with newer version as well.
@ItsJustCurtis Finally Good news, If possible can you please add instructions to do a manual install also....just instructions that's all because I use this mod with old gta version fine but now RGL has that .exe check thus forcing us to use latest game...right now there's a mod to bypass that but don't know how often creator of that mod would update it.
Lifesavor mod man, It works...I have installed a lot of mods in old gta version which some of them don't even work with new versions of game, I thought they were lost forever but due to your mod they're saved, Hope you keep it updated.
@xx_peanut_xx I unpacked the OIV and put the vwe folder in dlc packs and add a line in dlclist /vwe/ but it didn't work....what is needed to make it work manually, i just need car mods, traffic or other features are not needed.

I don't know if I did something wrong but I couldn't make liveries to work...any solution or tips
