so I downloaded it, placed the files in the scripts folder, and run the game and the cars are just not there I locked a few cars at LS airport idk why this is happening I need help fixing it

just a question I downloaded it and placed the file in menyoostaff/object Spooner when I load it says it loaded but it didn't :((
