What do you mean with ” This coloring, which was not yet in GTA5!”? It’s a white livery with the DOA logo. Both of those things have been in the game

@Ilikeeditingpolice01 Thats because of R*s laziness, nothing else. They’re still an independent agency, NOOSE isn’t part of LSPD, it’s just the shitty livery for the riot that R* made. My point about this mod still stands.
