@minimehan if you bump a cop, they will always get triggered, that's hardcoded no way of changing that. agitatedtriggers.meta only regulates their triggers from loitering/following etc.

@DaveGravePrank SWAT is not an agency but it's a department inside an already existing agency and NOOSE is based on DHS, so it's not that NOOSE is "replacing" SWAT but more like NOOSE being a fill-up due to the fact that Rockstar didn't want to develop SWAT departments for each agency. The peds look the way they are because they are trying to mimic their real life counterparts, so it's not that that the RDE team "chose" their design. You should instead blame the real life agencies.

@Mrkai721 Clean up your mods folder, reinstall everything one mod at the time and after each installation do a test and check if the problem persists.
