I got the cars to spawn with a different trainer...

The download from here works fine I just tried it, http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv
@bur587 when I put the update folder in the "Mods" folder and launch the game it just makes a new update folder and downloads them again. Also the mod won't work if it's in a folder, if I go by the directions and put it in the dictionary with GTA5.exe it works but still whenever I spawn a vehicle that's towards the bottom of the list it spawns then goes away, other cars work fine.
@bur587 thanks a ton I'll give it a shot when it's done downloading, regretting uninstalling it now but oh well.
@bur587 I'm reinstalling again right now so I can't see but is the update folder part of the game install? Last question sorry lol.
@bur587 I went by the instructions and just dropped the files in the game folder and it works fine except for some of the cars so I'm a bit confused. Do I need to make a new folder in the game dictionary called "mods" and put it in there?
@bur587 I just had the files in the same folder as the game, it worked with most other cars. Do I need to just make a folder named mods in the game folder? Thanks for the help by the way.
So there is no way to get those vehicles then @bur587 ? I was running the newest version since I just installed it a week ago.
@bur587 I just cleared out my install to reinstall. But they were vehicles further down the spawn list that I don't remember seeing when the game came out and I used this mod. Maybe there is a dlc or something I need? Because all I have is the base game I've not bought anything else for it. This is the only mod I was using.
